The BFI Film Academy
Short Course 2024/25 with TAPE at Ysgol y Gogarth.
The BFI Film Academy is a course for young people aged 16 to 19 years old.
It is a course for young people interested in learning about films and how to make them.
You will have a chance to write, film and edit your own film.
You will get to work with professional people working in the film industry.
This year, TAPE’s BFI Film Academy is specifically designed to support young people who have Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
We also welcome applications from young people without ALN who have an interest in filmmaking and working in an inclusive way.
The course will start in early October and will take place every Wednesday after school at Ysgol y Gogarth in Llandudno.
This brilliant course is a great way to learn about filmmaking and working in the film industry.
