Edward Evers-Swindell’s ‘Dark Signal’ to premiere this month

From St Asaph director Edward Evers-Swindell, and co-writer Antony Jones from Buckley, Dark Signal is a horror movie inspired by the amazing North Wales scenery.  Production of the film was kept entirely in Wales, with many local landmarks to be spotted in the film – although the majority of the movie is filmed on a farm in Ruabon.

The film sees a stranded woman team up with the staff of a local radio station in order to solve the mystery surrounding a young girls murder.

The UK premiere of Dark Signal opens it’s doors on April 21 at Cineworld Broughton, followed by a second UK screening at London’s O2 on 19th May 2016.  This will be the first time the final cut of the film will have been screened to the public since the initial test screening here at TAPE back in 2014.

Dark Signal will be released on 30th May 2016 and will be available on DVD and digital download.

Edward Evers-Swindell will be signing posters at Wales Comic-Con in Wrexham this Saturday (23rd & 24th May) alongside cast members James Cosmo and Gareth David Lloyd.
